In addition, I am constantly striving to keep up with the market and work to adapt my sales tools and techniques to the current market. I stay on top of the market trends and pride myself on keeping my clients abreast of market changes that affect them. This means closely monitoring the listings and sales for the comps in areas surrounding my listings as well as what is happening in the new construction arena. I believe that it is impossible to over communicate with a client, be it a buyer, seller or lending institution. With an inventory of over 40 REO listings, I have the experience to get the job done!
